I was born in Düsseldorf, Germany, and am currently based in Aberdeen, Scotland, with some of my work/ life still in England and Germany. I like movement and exploring. The day-to-day encounters with the people, cities and nature surrounding me have an important influence on my work.
What I also bring to my profession are personal interest in things like space, place, migration and language in a wider sense. I am always curious to explore how they matter in the contexts I am working in.
A focus area of mine has always been in the world of work - from advancing fundamental labour rights to designing spaces that enable people to be well and thrive at work, and everything in between.
Values that matter to me in how I work are authenticity, care and justice.
