I support companies committed to getting human rights due diligence right, and I support other types of organisations/partnerships needed to make it happen.
I support companies committed to getting human rights due diligence right, and I support other types of organisations/partnerships needed to make it happen.
I support with design and implementation of trainings and wider programmes:
How can organisations learn about their human rights responsibilities in a way that makes sense for them and leads to better behaviour?
How can we think about human rights capacity building more holistically, in supply chains and other systems?
How could this lead to wider, systemic transformation beyond due diligence?
I help design, convene and implement projects where actors from different backgrounds come together to achieve tangible change for communities or workers. This can be for specific supply chains, locations, or communities. My support centers around governance, strategy alignment, trust building, constructive communication, and conflict management.
Faced with a multitude of risks in complex supply chains, struggling to prioritise and lacking understanding of what meaningful rightsholder engagement means in practice - I support companies in bringing clarity to their HRDD work and staying focused on improvements for vulnerable groups.
My research into complex supply chains is systematic, pragmatic and human-centred:
What are our human rights risk blind spots? How can we ensure all relevant voices are heard in a way that is inclusive, respectful, and protects people from harm? What are we learning? How can this inform better business practice?
